Cancellation: How will I get refunded if I need to cancel the tour?
Refunds will be made right back to the card / system used for payment. Cancellation terms are specified in the terms and conditions (link at the bottom of the BottleStops website, and in the booking interface at check out).
Reservation: Can I just reserve the tour now and pay later?
We can reserve a specific date for you for a certain time. This must be arranged from our end, just email us with the requested date, names of travelers and tour you wish to take. We will issue a reservation email that will lock your booking once you confirm with payment.
Pickup: Can you pick me up?
For private tour bookings pickup is possible in Frankfurt, at the Airport, in Wiesbaden, and other cities. Reach out for a quotation.
Accessibility: Is the tour accessible?
Some sites we visit on our tours are not accessible. For private tour bookings, do reach out in advance and we will do our best to customize our route to be suitable. Note the BottleStops vehicles have limited accessability.
Minors: Can we take our kids on the tour?
Yes, but DO let us know in advance, so we can make arrangements where necessary. Drinking age is at 16 if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
